Executive assistant · Lagos, within an hour of UK time
Research, admin coordination and follow through that make your week easier. I work mostly async, with one check in a week.
Inbox triage. Sorting your inbox once or twice a day at times we agree, drafting replies, flagging anything urgent and turning long threads into clear tasks and follow ups. Over time I learn your voice, so I can reply on your behalf if you'd like.
Research. Company and contact research, vendor comparisons, meeting prep and short briefs you can read in five minutes.
Admin and project coordination. Keeping track of priorities, chasing vendors and collaborators, status trackers, documents and correspondence drafts.
Outreach. Finding the right partners or speakers, writing personal introductions and following up until there is an answer.
I'm Gabriella. For over four years I've supported executives and their teams remotely: research, calendars, travel, follow ups and the small things that keep a week moving.
I work with a few founders at a time who want dependable help without hiring someone full time.
Since 2024 I’ve supported the CEO of a US technology company across both work and home. His work and family inboxes, calendars across US, UK and Japan time zones, travel, expenses, household vendors and the follow ups that sit between them.
Result: Two busy inboxes kept clear, so follow ups from work and home get picked up quickly.
At a digital technology company I managed calendars, meetings and admin for four executives at the same time. Each one knew where their week stood without having to ask.
Result: Four full calendars kept in step, with changes tracked in one place.
I built the speaker shortlist, wrote every invitation personally and kept the replies moving until each slot was filled.
Result: 14 speakers confirmed.
I coordinated a team of freelance writers and scripted videos for a YouTube channel from its first upload. Briefs, deadlines, edits and delivery, all tracked in one place.
Result: The channel grew to over 10,000 subscribers.
Gabriella’s work ethic and experience are exceptional. She is organised, quick to follow up and easy to trust with the details. I would recommend her to any founder who needs reliable support.
